Meet Maya
Maya Sanders is a published author, based out of Edgard, Louisiana. She is a 2022 graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, achieving a Bachelor of Arts in English – Creative Writing. Since graduating, she has elevated her writing background to new heights. Her work has been published in LSU’s Delta Literary Journal and the once social media app Alphy. She has also functioned as an editor, her latest work being the memoir “From Da Crackhouse to Da Pen to Da Altar”.

Since a young age, Maya has connected deeply with music. She has discovered and become hardcore fans of many different types of musical artists throughout the years, from the rapper Kendrick Lamar to the K-pop group BTS.
